Hainanese Chicken Rice at EXPO Hall 6 (The Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays)

We met at the Tanah Merah MRT Station and proceeded to the EXPO Hall via a connecting MRT train. On arrival at Hall 6, we noticed a Chicken Rice restaurant outside Hall 6. The food we ordered was our favorite authentic Hainanese chicken rice with some special side dishes to go along with.

The slice-cut pure chicken meat was tender and delicious going well with the right chili sauce.

Pig trotter in vinegar was a foodstuff not to be missed there. Mutton soup with lean meat was a special cuisine we hardly find in town nowadays. One bowl was enough for sharing among four diners as chicken rice was our main dishes. The dish with mixed vegetables was another Hainanese cuisine we enjoyed there.

All in all, we had a sumptuous lunch together in an air-conditioned dining environment. Chatting with hot coffee and tea made a good day for all of us after a heavy meal.

海南鸡饭（星期二休息）博览中心的第六大厅前面

就在博览中心的第六大厅前面，很醒目的第一间餐馆。当天中午时分，此刻没有大型的展览会，在阳光底下，建筑外观显得相当舒适雅致，

站立在入口处的一面告示吸引了我们的目光。

餐室内迎来清凉的感觉。是吃午餐的时刻，这里是一间另一类的海南鸡饭餐馆，干净而整齐的桌椅，在县挂着的吊灯底下，

很适合用餐和交谈。主厨是一位很认真的厨艺师傅，他也会讲海南话。我们各自选好每人一份的海南鸡饭午餐，白斩鸡皮香嫩滑爽，沾上辣椒酱，味道香醇可口，有海南风味，

白饭不油腻，恰到好处。佐餐小菜，端在桌上，令用餐时增添另一份期待，这味小菜含金黄色的豆干，黑木耳，白菜等菜肴烹煮，值得一尝。

谈话中，餐馆食客座满，不吵杂的环境，给人印象都很好。朋友点了一份好吃的醋焖猪脚，因分量太多而要求打包让家人也能享用美食，才不至于浪费，真难得。

咖啡和茶水，随点随到，朋友付了钱，还叫我下次再来。乘雅兴还很浓厚，门外再聊了一阵，你还想要什么？祝福朋友健康，快乐和好运。
