As July arrives, the air is filled with the sweet, unmistakable fragrance of durian, its spiky husk glistening even not under the warm sunlight. It seems to welcome the season’s heat with a smile, spreading its rich aroma across the southern border of Malaysia and making its way to our beloved neighborhood of Tampines Changkat on July 5, 2025.
The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as residents gathered at the Multi-purpose Hall for the annual durian feast. Among the cheerful crowd, Minister of State Mr. Desmond Choo was warmly welcomed, met with enthusiastic applause. Fondly regarded as a champion of the local community at the party, his presence added to the festive spirit, symbolizing unity and shared joy.
